Many of our customers have been requesting a more on-the-go, travel friendly option for their supplements. Not only are we proud of every single supplement we provide, we have taken a step even further to improve the convenience and sustainability of our packaging. The Superiority of Film Vs. Plastic Bottles

There’s a reason why we seal up our food before placing it in the pantry or fridge. It’s important to protect the preservation of these items so oxygen and moisture don’t cause them to expire too quickly. The materials of a product’s packaging greatly contribute to its lifespan. Our new packets are made from a cosmetic web foil. Compared to plastic bottles, this film has been shown to be a stronger barrier against moisture transfer. This vapor barrier helps promote the shelf-life of our supplements to maintain their nutritional properties. In addition, each new packet contains a nitrogen flush, which forces out oxygen to further promote freshness.

According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, source reduction is the most environmentally preferred method of waste reduction [1]. Our packets and pouches require less materials and energy to be produced. This process, also known as the supply chain, covers all the steps taken to transform packaging from the beginning stages of raw materials to the finished product that reaches the lovely hands of our customers.
